About us: We are a student-led organization looking to educate youth about the multifaceted world of STEM and the myriad of career opportunities it presents. We are kickstarting this journey by launching a series of educational and insightful posts on Instagram. These posts will be designed to broaden the knowledge base of aspiring students and provide a clearer understanding of the extensive range of professions within STEM fields.

In parallel with our digital outreach, we are in the process of developing interactive STEM kits packed with engaging activities. These kits will be distributed to local community centers, to bring the joy and innovation of STEM directly into the hands of tomorrow's leaders.

Role descriptions:

- Director of Social Media
    - Manage instagram account and increase engagement
    - Research trends and come up with new post ideas
    - Assign tasks to researchers and graphic designers
    - An interest in STEM recommended
- Researcher
    - research STEM subjects / latest STEM news and summarise findings
    - good research and writing skills recommended
    - cite sources
- Graphic Designer
    - create enticing designs that enhance the information gathered from researchers
    - design for instagram posts and stories
    - create other designs like slideshows and pamphlets when necessary
- Director of Business Development
    - Work closely with co-founders in connecting and communicating with partnering organisations
    - Manage communications with partnering NGOs and local centers through email, phone calls etc.
    - Assign tasks to Business Development manager
    - Hong Kong based and proficiency in Chinese required
- Business Development manager
    - Finding potential partnering organisations
    - Executing outreach to organisations (cold emails, etc.)
    - Hong Kong based and proficiency in Chinese required

experience not required for all positions but recommended for director ones
